Smiley traffic light

It is not uncommon to see a mild-mannered person turn into a monster behind the wheel, as there can be a lot of anger flowing through rush hour traffic. Well, perhaps if road transport departments worldwide were to adopt the smiley traffic light idea, things could brighten up at busy intersections. After all, isn't the Internet generation all about emoticons?
